• Windsor: Single-family home sells for $940,000 (pressdemocrat.com) — A four-bedroom home on Eagle Drive in Windsor recently sold for $940,000, highlighting current prices in this neighborhood. The 2,710-square-foot house, built in 2001, joins several nearby Eagle and Birdie Drive properties that also closed in recent months. Together, these sales give Windsor residents a clear snapshot of local home values.
   

• We'll Come To You: Vans Bring Services To Sonoma County Towns (patch.com) — Sonoma County is sending its new Open Doors Mobile Services van to Windsor on May 5, bringing county benefits and support directly into town. Residents will be able to get help with Medi-Cal, CalFresh, child support, senior and disability services, and referrals without driving to Santa Rosa. The program aims to cut travel costs and time for north county communities.
