• Earthquake measuring 2.1 shakes area close to Wrightwood, CA on April 16 (fresnobee.com) — A small 2.1-magnitude earthquake struck about six miles south of Wrightwood on Thursday morning, shaking the area but remaining too minor to cause expected damage. Residents are encouraged to report what they felt to USGS and review practical earthquake safety tips, including how to protect yourself whether you’re indoors, outdoors, driving, or in bed.
