• Yucaipa approves funding for senior transportation expansion (newsmirror.net) — Yucaipa has locked in funding to keep and expand its Golden Wheels curb‑to‑curb transportation service for seniors and residents with disabilities through 2028, with Omnitrans grants covering most costs. The city will contribute matching funds from its General Fund, potentially add another vehicle, and aims to meet growing demand while keeping the program financially sustainable.
