• The USAF Academy Band presents 'Freedom 250' (arkvalleyvoice.com) — The Air Force Academy Band is taking its music on the road this summer, with a free “Freedom 250” concert kicking off June 27 at the Pioneers Museum in Colorado Springs. As the Academy’s own 60-member ensemble, the band will tour Colorado, Wyoming, and South Dakota through July 4, offering patriotic, family-friendly performances that celebrate America’s 250th birthday.
