The Grandview Avenue spot will close October 31, followed by the Candelas location in November, as the owners move in new directions and thank the community for years of support.
   

• Colorado Grand Jury Indicts Two People on 37 Felony Counts in Alleged Home Equity Line Fraud That Took More Than $800,000 (newsbreak.com) — Banks in Arvada were among several Colorado institutions hit in an alleged home‑equity line fraud scheme that prosecutors say stole more than $800,000 statewide. A grand jury indicted two suspects on 37 felony counts each, including racketeering, identity theft, and forgery, after investigators tied fraudulent IDs, business filings, and interstate check cashing to coordinated activity across the Front Range and mountain towns.
