The program prioritizes groups serving marginalized residents and requires monthly meetings, opioid prevention work, and quarterly reports, with applications due September 18, 2026. 
• Broomfield opens its first housing complex for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (denver7.com) — Broomfield just opened The Grove at Cottonwood, a new income-restricted housing complex designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with 40 units for independent living and 20 still available. Rents are tied to local median income, offering one- and two-bedroom apartments at significantly reduced rates, giving Broomfield families a new option when adult children need supportive housing.
