Officers arrested 30-year-old Mariah Martinez after neighbors saw her walking with the child and later letting her into a home without saying the girl was not hers. Martinez remains in Weld County Jail on kidnapping and child abuse charges, with bail set at $125,000 and a virtual court appearance scheduled Friday.
