• Meet the library staff (myjohnstownbreeze.com) — Johnstown library users will see familiar faces in new leadership roles as longtime staffer Delka Babiuch becomes manager of the Johnstown building while colleague Dylann Leal leads the new Milliken branch. Library Director Kristi Plumb continues overseeing the expanded system, which aims to deepen community partnerships and make the libraries places residents eagerly recommend to friends. 
• Greeley City Council receives latest update on Catalyst project (greeleytribune.com) — Johnstown is being included in an intergovernmental agreement with Weld County and Windsor to share costs for a major U.S. 34 and Weld County Road 17 interchange that will affect travel for all nearby communities. Greeley officials say design work on the interchange and the larger Catalyst project is advancing, while a new citizen committee will help shape what happens next with the paused development.
