• Water district serving Summit Cove implements water restrictions (summitdaily.com) — If you live in Keystone West Ranch or nearby neighborhoods, new Stage 2 water restrictions are already in effect and automated sprinklers are not allowed. Residents must stick to specific hand-watering days and times based on address numbers, and repeat violations can bring fines or even water shutoffs. Check the East Dillon Water District’s site or contact them directly with questions.
