• IRONMAN 70.3 Boulder in Boulder County on Saturday, June 13, 2026 (bouldercounty.gov) — If you’re driving between Boulder and Lyons this Saturday, expect major detours and delays as the IRONMAN 70.3 Boulder bike course closes sections of US 36 and nearby county roads. Northbound traffic from Boulder to Lyons is being routed via Longmont and CO 66, so plan extra time and avoid trying to cross the course on smaller roads.
