Rachel Lyn King, 31, of Harris Drive, Newington, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace at 10:30 a.m. She was to appear in court April 2.

April 3

Christopher Kumm, 58, of Robins Road, Berlin, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and illegal possession of weapons in a motor vehicle at 2:01 p.m. He was to appear in court April 17.

April 4

Jamie Gerard Santiago, 51, of Indian Hill Road, Newington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to install an ignitiion device, and drinking while driving at 2 p.m. He was to appear in court April 16.

April 9

Isis Gladis Jimenez, 26, of West Pearl Street, New Britain, was charged with third-degree assault at 4:19 p.m. She was to appear in court April 10.

Steven Anthony Waldron, 55, of Spruce Brook Road, Berlin, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault, and first-degree unlawful restraint at 8:50 a.m. He was to appear in court April 10.
