Jordan Efrain Rodriguez, 18, of Chestnut Street, Bristol, was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny at 7 a.m. He was to appear in court April 16.
April 19

Ricardo Riley, 31, of Fairmount Street, Hartford, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, second-degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order, and second-degree unlawful restraint at 3:30 a.m. He was to appear in court April 20.
April 21
Tyler Jarrel Ransom, 26, of Pine Street, East Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and violation of probation at 1:10 p.m. He was to appear in court April 22.
Denise B. Robinson, 54, of Dwight Street, New Britain, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 1:10 p.m. She was to appear in court April 27.
Danielle Urciulio, 41, of York Road, Berlin, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree failure to appear in court (four counts), use of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 1:10 p.m. She was to appear in court April 22.
April 22
Kevon Lete Bradley, 27, of Linwood Street, New Britain, was charged with falsifying a marker/license/registration plate and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 11:41 a.m. He was to appear in court May 1.
April 25
Jesse Crystal-Eisenberg, 41, of Church Street, New Britain, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and sixth-degree larceny at 4:30 p.m. He was to appear in court May 7.
Valentina Reyes, 45, of Wyllis Street, Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of violation of probation at 4:15 p.m. She was to appear in court April 27.
April 29
Nylayah A. Diaz, 21, of Fisher Road, Middletown, was charged with violation of a protective order at 7 p.m. She was to appear in court April 30.
Jeremy Joseph Groll, 51, of Belcher Hollow Road, Berlin, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, operating a motor vehicle with an electronic hand-held device, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 12:40 p.m. He will appear in court May 13.
Jeanerood Paul, 26, of NW 8th Ave., Fort Lauderdale, Fla., was charged with improper use of a marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, third-degree larceny, spending more than $500 on a revoked payment card, and conspiracy to commit third-degree robbery at 7:51 p.m. He was to appear in court April 30.
