Janell D. Brown, 37, of Old Village Circle, Windsor, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:05 p.m. He was to appear in court March 11.
Mirusha Yska Pachuku, 32, of Alling Street, Berlin, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 2 a.m. She was to appear in court March 2.

Ronald C. Brown, 35, of Briar Lane, Berlin, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 5 a.m. He was to appear in court March 16.
March 4
Kenneth Velazquez, 37, of Veterans Street, Meriden, was charged with violation of probation at 6:12 p.m. He was to appear in court March 13.
March 6
Joseph E. Dow, 43, of Gravel Street, Meriden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 12:03 a.m. He was to appear in court March 19.

Jaquan Ramos, 26, of Allen Avenue, Meriden, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and larceny of a motor vehicle at 4:15 a.m. He was to appear in court March 9.
March 8
Gianna Roxie Law Louis-Charles, 21, of Berlin Turnpike, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order at 1:52 p.m. She was to appear in court March 9.
March 10
Angel Vega, 43, of Prospect Street, New Britain, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of a marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, sixth-degree larceny, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:30 a.m. She will appear in court March 24.

Tiffany Jane Menard, 41, of Condon Street, Berlin, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to take a sobriety test, failure to drive right, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 12:25 a.m. She will appear in court March 25.
Elizabeth Stuart Upsher-Parsons, 50, of Kiwi Court, Ridgefield, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of license/registration plates, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and sixth-degree larceny at 1:43 p.m. She will appear in court March 24.

Jacob Pappas, 39, of Hanover Street, Meriden, was charged with tampering with a witness, third-degree hindering prosecution, and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:52 p.m. He was to appear in court March 16.

Noah Bonner, 35, of Main Street, East Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 11:23 p.m. He will appear in court March 20.
Caley Hass, 35, of Hanover Street, Meriden, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery, second-degree failure to appear in court, and two counts of violation of probation at 8 a.m. She was to appear in court March 16.
Wayne A. Porter, 69, of Main Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:28 p.m. He will appear in court March 27.
