• Berlin Stores Pass Police Tobacco Enforcement Operation: BPD (patch.com) — Berlin residents can take note that all 24 local retailers recently checked in an undercover tobacco and e-cigarette compliance sweep passed inspection, according to town police. The August 26 operation, conducted with a state prevention program, confirmed that Berlin stores are following laws against selling tobacco and vaping products to anyone under 21 and checking IDs for younger-looking customers.
