Branford Arts & Cultural Alliance’s Cocktails & Conversation Raises Nearly $7,000 For The Arts

From Branford Arts & Cultural Alliance:

BRANFORD, CT —The Branford Arts & Cultural Alliance (BACA) welcomed guests for a memorable evening of Cocktails & Conversation featuring WTNH News 8 anchor Ann Nyberg in conversation with acclaimed author Amy Bloom.

The discussion explored Bloom’s life, writing, and deeply personal memoir, In Love: A Memoir of Love and Loss, which reflects on love, devotion, and the difficult decisions involved in caring for those closest to us. The thoughtful conversation offered guests an opportunity to reflect on the power of storytelling and the shared experiences that connect us.

Thanks to the generosity of attendees and supporters, the event raised nearly $7,000 for BACA, helping advance its mission to bring art, culture, and creative experiences to the Branford community.

BACA extends its sincere gratitude to Ann Nyberg and Amy Bloom for sharing their time and insights, as well as to everyone who attended and contributed to the evening’s success.

BACA invites the community to visit the BACA Gallery to discover the work of talented local artists and attend upcoming programs and events. For more information, visit BACA’s website www.branfordarts.org or follow the organization on social media.
