BRANFORD, CT — A Branford resident recently won more than $11,000 on a lottery ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery. The resident won $11,250 on a KENO ticket that was sold at Daily Mart at 131 North Main St. in Ansonia, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent in accordance with a <a href="https://www.cga.ct.gov/2025/act/Pa/pdf/2025PA-00112-R00SB-01235-PA.PDF" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">new Connecticut law</a>, which was effective Oct. 1, 2025.
