Resident Drop-Off Residents can bring leaves in biodegradable bags for disposal at the Public Works Garage, 1286 Waterbury Road, on Monday mornings from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 2, Nov. 9, Nov. 16, Nov. 23, Nov. 30, and Dec. 7.
