• Hundreds of affordable apartments to be constructed across CT (ctmirror.org) — Cromwell is among several Connecticut communities set to benefit from more than $11 million in federal tax credits that will help create or renovate nearly 500 mostly affordable apartments statewide. Projects in Cromwell and Farmington will include 62 apartments reserved for Department of Developmental Services clients, expanding specialized housing options for residents with disabilities.
