• Manchester trucker dies following Conn. collision on I-84 (unionleader.com) — A fatal tractor-trailer crash on I-84 west near Exit 1 in Danbury early Wednesday killed a 42-year-old Manchester driver and briefly shut down westbound lanes between Exits 3 and 2. Danbury EMS transported the other truck driver to Danbury Hospital with minor injuries, and state police accident reconstruction teams are still investigating the cause of the collision.
