• Connecticut's Darien approves plan to demolish former St. Paul's Church, divide site into 4 lots (newsbreak.com) — Darien's Planning & Zoning Commission has approved demolishing the former St. Paul's Church on Mansfield Avenue and subdividing its 14.4-acre property into four single-family lots. While many residents voiced sadness over losing the church, more than half the land will be permanently protected under a conservation easement, and the Episcopal Church plans to sell the site once subdivision is complete.
