New Coffee Shop Sets Opening In Somers

SOMERS, CT — Somers is getting a new coffee shop.

Roasted Beanery says it will open April 27 at 95 South Road in Somers, the address listed on the business’s official website. The site says the shop is opening at Somers Crossing near Geissler’s Supermarket.

The company describes the new business with the slogan “Craft. Coffee. Connect.” On its website, Roasted Beanery says it was founded on the belief that great coffee brings people together and that the Somers location is designed to be “more than a coffee shop.”

Roasted Beanery’s website also says the business is still building its opening team, suggesting final preparations are still underway ahead of next week’s launch.

As of Thursday, the website prominently featured the April 27 opening date.
