Investigators reported finding crack cocaine and other suspected narcotics, and the driver now faces multiple drug and motor vehicle charges after appearing in Hartford Superior Court.

Police say the clerk was assaulted and more than $10,000 was stolen, and the suspect is due in New Britain Superior Court on October 13.
