May 1

Chastity R. Casiano, 38, of St. John Street, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device at 11:30 a.m. She was to appear in court May 1.
May 4
Robert Derron Hinton, 46, of Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 1:50 p.m. He will appear in court May 18.
