• Plate Reader Snags Stolen Car In Home Depot Larceny Investigation In Glastonbury (patch.com) — Glastonbury police used an automated license plate reader to spot a stolen vehicle at the Putnam Boulevard Home Depot, leading to the arrest of five people on Sept. 10. Officers say those in the car were tied to an active larceny at the store and also uncovered drug paraphernalia and outstanding warrants during the investigation.
