The 2026 Connecticut Daffodil Show – A Tapestry of Daffodils

The 68th Connecticut Daffodil Show is just a few weeks away! This year’s theme, "A Tapestry of Daffodils," celebrates both the rich tradition of quilting in America and the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary. A beautiful daffodil-themed quilt will be awarded as a special door prize.

Recognized as one of the largest daffodil shows in the country, the event will feature more than 1,000 blooms — from exquisite miniatures to impressive collections of 24 perfect daffodils. In addition to daffodil entries in the Horticulture Division, the show includes an artistic section featuring Floral Design and Photography. Special Youth sections are offered in both Horticulture and Photography, encouraging young gardeners and artists to participate.

April 21
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Daffodil and Photography Entries accepted

April 22
7:00 am - 10:00 am: Daffodil and Floral Design Entries accepted
2:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Open to the Public

April 23
10:00am - 4:00pm: Open to the Public
3:00pm – 4:00pm: Tea Party and Awards
