Greenwich Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize
The ticket was purchased at a local gas station, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich resident has won a big cash prize after playing a Connecticut Lottery scratch-off game.
According to the Connecticut Lottery, the anonymous resident, who lives in Riverside, won $25,000 from the $2,000,000 Jackpot scratch-off game. The ticket was purchased at the BP gas station located at 1324 E. Putnam Ave. in Old Greenwich.
There are 12 $25,000 winners out of over 2.4 million tickets of the game, the Connecticut Lottery website shows. The grand prize is a $2 million annuity. The ticket costs $20.
