The four-bedroom, three-bath house offers nearly 3,000 square feet, a Trex deck, quiet backyard, and seasonal river views near local schools, shops, parks, trains, and highways.
   

2. Opening Date Announced For DeCicco & Sons Grocery Store In Greenwich (patch.com) — Greenwich residents will finally see the long-awaited DeCicco & Sons open on Glenville Road on Sept. 9, replacing the former Stop & Shop. Local officials, including First Selectman Fred Camillo, say the new neighborhood grocery will fill a major gap for western Greenwich shoppers after delays tied to permitting and site issues.
   

3. Road Closure To Continue Near Central Middle School In Greenwich As Site Work Remains Ongoing (patch.com) — If you travel near Central Middle School, expect Indian Rock Lane to stay closed through Oct. 30 while crews install and relocate sewer lines, with detours via Stanwich Road and Orchard Street. Residents on nearby streets will retain driveway access during 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. work hours, and a later closure on part of Stanwich Road is also planned.
   

4. Energy and Water Capacities: Greenwich Starts a Conversation (greenwichsentinel.com) — Greenwich officials and utility companies just met at Town Hall to tackle whether gas, electric, and water systems can handle larger homes and new state‑mandated housing. Speakers urged homeowners and developers to contact CNG, Eversource, and Aquarion early, as capacity reviews and upgrades in Greenwich can be complex, especially in constrained neighborhoods and backcountry areas.
   

5. Up to the Minute Greenwich Property Transfers, August 13-17, 2026 (greenwichfreepress.com) — A fresh batch of August 13–17 property transfers shows how active Greenwich's real estate market remains, with sales ranging from under $1 million condos to an over $10 million Otter Rock Drive deal.
