• Greenwich warehouse where Cott Beverages began could become housing (nhregister.com) — A longtime warehouse at 18 Beech Street in Byram, once home to Cott Beverages, could soon add three apartments above a working electrical contractor's space, including one deed-restricted affordable unit. The New Rochelle–based owner is seeking Greenwich Planning & Zoning approval to convert the historic commercial building, which has hosted various businesses since 1900, into mixed-use space serving southern Connecticut customers. The application has yet to be scheduled for review.

At the same meeting, selectmen approved new no-parking zones in Belle Haven and Byram and raised Greenwich Plaza parking permit fees to fund needed repairs.
