• Up to the Minute Greenwich Property Transfers, Sept 14-16, 2026 (greenwichfreepress.com) — If you're watching the Greenwich real estate market, several notable properties changed hands between Sept. 14 and 16, including high-end sales on Mayo Avenue, Havemeyer Lane, and Sound View Drive. These assessor-recorded transfers, ranging from mid-six figures to nearly $15 million, offer a snapshot of current prices and activity across multiple Greenwich neighborhoods.
   

• RTM to Consider Downtown Intersection Improvements Funding (greenwichfreepress.com) — Downtown Greenwich's busy Railroad/Greenwich/Bruce Park/Steamboat intersection may soon get nearly $800,000 in new ADA-compliant signals and pedestrian safety upgrades, with most costs covered by a state grant. The RTM will vote Monday night at Greenwich High School, where members will also consider moving future meeting start times to 7 p.m.
   

• Cos Cob Post Office to Reopen Soon (greenwichfreepress.com) — Cos Cob residents who've been trekking to downtown Greenwich or Valley Drive for mail services should soon get their neighborhood post office back. After a summer closure over environmental concerns, State Rep. Steve Meskers says coordination with Congressman Jim Himes and USPS has led to word that the Cos Cob Post Office is expected to reopen very soon.
