• Groton Man Clocked At 147 MPH, Charged With Reckless Driving: State Police (patch.com) — A 19-year-old Groton resident was arrested after state police say he drove a BMW M3 at 147 mph in a 65-mph zone on I-395 in Putnam. Troopers stopped the car near Danielson, charged him with reckless driving, and released him on bond ahead of a Danielson court date.
