Free Hazardous Waste Disposal Event Upcoming In Guilford: What To Know

Residents may dispose of up to 60 gallons of liquid waste and 80 pounds of solid waste per household. Here's what you can and can't bring.

GUILFORD, CT — Guilford residents will have the chance to safely dispose of hazardous materials free of charge at an upcoming event hosted by the town and the Regional Water Authority.

The event is scheduled for Friday, March 28, at Bittner Park from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Residents may dispose of up to 60 gallons of liquid waste and 80 pounds of solid waste per household.
