• Man Sentenced For Murdering Wife In Guilford: Officials (patch.com) — Guilford residents are learning that a West Haven man has been sentenced to 55 years in prison for murdering his wife in her Lake Quonnipaug condo more than five years ago. The case, investigated by Guilford police with extensive state and out-of-state assistance, ended with a three-judge panel conviction and emotional statements from the victim's daughter during sentencing.
