Paul Parks Jr. and Paul Parks III took over Frisbie’s Dairy Barn in New Britain in 2019.
“Since then, we’ve expanded to multiple locations across Connecticut and Massachusetts, from scoop shops to walk-up, but our mission hasn’t changed: to serve ice cream made with care, creativity, and a dash of fun,” a post on the website reads. “From family outings to spontaneous treats, we’re here to create moments of joy and connection—one scoop at a time.”
