HARTFORD, CT — Hartford's open houses this weekend run from a three-story West End Colonial with leaded-glass hutches and a grand front staircase to a 1931 South End Colonial with a wood-burning fireplace and a sunroom.

Two multi-family houses on Enfield Street are also open, one of them with an offer deadline.

Five Hartford homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 17, and Sunday, Oct. 18, with prices from $330,000 to $499,000, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Oct. 17

108 Cromwell St., 10 a.m. to noon, $330,000. This 1931 Colonial in the South End has hardwood floors, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, an eat-in kitchen with white cabinets and granite, and a sunroom, according to the listing. There's a pull-down attic for storage, and the unfinished lower level holds the laundry. The listing notes natural gas is available on the street and the backyard has a deck. It's a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home with 2,043 square feet.

145 Elizabeth St., 10 a.m. to noon (also Sunday, noon to 2 p.m.), $499,000. On the corner of Elizabeth and Whitney streets in the West End, this three-story 1940 Colonial was listed Oct. 12. It has a foyer with built-in seating, 9-foot ceilings, a grand front staircase plus a rear one, and a big living room with a wood-burning fireplace flanked by built-in hutches with leaded glass that opens to a sunroom. The updated kitchen has maple cabinets and an island with a vegetable sink, and there's a detached two-car garage. It's an eight-bedroom home with three full and two half baths and 4,345 square feet on 0.27 acres.

167 George St., 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $349,900. This 1977 house has been updated throughout, according to the listing, including the kitchen and bathrooms. It has a finished basement and an attached two-car garage. It's a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with 2,338 square feet. Its price was cut by $20,000 on Oct. 9.

140 Enfield St., 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $485,999. This 1925 three-family house has three units, each with three bedrooms, one full bath and more than 1,000 square feet, according to the listing, plus off-street parking. Zillow counts it as a nine-bedroom, three-bath property with 3,861 square feet.

Sunday, Oct. 18

148-150 Enfield St., noon to 2 p.m., $460,000. This 2008 two-family house has two updated units, both currently occupied, according to the listing, which asks for offers by Oct. 23. Zillow counts it as a nine-bedroom, three-bath property with 3,947 square feet.

Also open Sunday: 145 Elizabeth St. (noon to 2 p.m.).

Make a weekend of it: Saturday morning, start in the South End on Cromwell Street at 10 a.m., then head to George Street and the three-family on Enfield Street at 11 a.m. If you miss the West End Colonial on Elizabeth Street on Saturday, it's open again Sunday at noon, the same time as the two-family at 148-150 Enfield St.
