HARTFORD, CT — A multi-vehicle wreck on Interstate 84 in Hartford caused a significant traffic backup on Tuesday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now

The DOT reports the accident was on I-84 West between exits 51 and 50, resulting in the closure of the left lane and a 2-mile traffic backup between exits 57 and 50.

The accident was first reported at 7:33 a.m. It is no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
