Ledyard's building committee will consider a $24,400 HVAC credit and school project payments at its Nov. 9 meeting.

LEDYARD, CT — The Permanent Municipal Building Committee is scheduled to consider a $24,400 contract credit and more than $32,000 in payments for Juliet W. Long School’s heating and cooling project Nov. 9.

The proposed change order, dated Oct. 21, would provide the credit for unused allowances under the town’s contract with Nutmeg Companies Inc. for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation at the school.

Members will also consider Nutmeg’s payment application for $29,292.30. The proposed approval is contingent on satisfactory completion of the remaining work.
