1. Connecticut judge rules Manchester Main Street petition was lawful (sheltonherald.com) — A state judge has ruled that a citizen petition to preserve four travel lanes and existing angled parking on downtown Manchester's Main Street is legally valid, challenging the town's planned "road diet" and roundabouts. The Board of Directors must now decide whether to adopt the ordinance or take further action, a choice that could shape traffic flow, parking, and redevelopment in the heart of Manchester.
