Man Burglarized Home, Stole Vehicle, Milford Police Say

The man is facing a litany of charges, according to police.

MILFORD, CT — A Milford man accused of burglarizing a home and stealing a vehicle was arrested recently, according to police.

Edward Farrell, 45, was taken into custody by Milford police Sept. 27.

Farrell is accused of burglarizing a home in 2019 and stealing a motor vehicle in a separate incident that year, police said.

He also failed to appear in court on seven separate occasions.

He was charged with fifth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary, criminal mischief, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and four counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Farrell was held on $177,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 28.
