Foran and Jonathan Law high schools, which both earned spots among Connecticut's top 100 in new U.S. News & World Report rankings. The list evaluates college readiness, graduation rates, test performance, and support for underserved students using recent 2023-24 data.
   

• Milford Arrest Log, Aug. 13-16, 2026 (patch.com) — Milford police released an arrest log detailing several incidents between Aug. 13 and 16, including a shoplifting case at Target on Boston Post Road and multiple assault and breach of peace charges.
