Join us for Shelton Day 2026 on Sunday, October 4th from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Veterans Memorial Park in Shelton!
Bring the entire family for a fun-filled day with something for everyone! Kids can enjoy pony rides, train rides, and a 3-Hour Large Group Bubble Show from 12:00–3:00 PM, along with many more fun activities throughout the day.
Come hungry and enjoy delicious food from a wide variety of food trucks, then stroll through the park and visit our many local vendors. After shopping, stop by the Drink Tent, grab a refreshing beverage, sit back and enjoy some great live music!

Join us at the Naugatuck History Museum for the Naugatuck Historical Society’s 2026 Annual Meeting.
This year’s Annual Meeting will be held at the museum and is free to attend, with no ticket required. Members and guests are welcome to join us for an afternoon of Society updates, light refreshments, coffee, door prizes, and conversation.
The program will feature a special presentation by Mayor Pete Hess on several projects happening throughout Naugatuck. Topics will include the Tuttle House Restoration Project, improvements to Salem School Park and Lewis Park, the Olmsted Overlook, downtown enhancements, Hillside Avenue restoration projects, Senior Center upgrades, referendum funding, and other points of interest around town.
