• Ex-Naugatuck Teacher Arrested, Police Say (patch.com) — Naugatuck parents are being urged to review their kids' online communication after police charged a former borough teacher with harmful communication with a minor following an investigation that began in June. Officials say the teacher is no longer employed by the Naugatuck Board of Education and are stressing the importance of monitoring messaging apps and encouraging children to report any uncomfortable adult interactions.
