• Newtown Man Stole Grandfather's Guns, WWII Relics And Pawned Them For Cash: Warrant (patch.com) — Newtown residents are learning more about a Ferris Road burglary in which police say a local man broke into his grandfather's secured room and sold guns and WWII memorabilia for cash. Officers recovered several firearms from a Danbury pawn shop and some collectibles from a private buyer, while the accused remains jailed on bond and faces multiple charges in Superior Court.
