• North Branford Police Charge Man, 32, In Connection With 2025 Northford Burglary, Attempted Dirt Bike Theft (patch.com) — North Branford police have charged a 32-year-old Hartford man in connection with a 2025 attempted burglary at a Northford home, where suspects allegedly tried to steal a dirt bike and pickup truck. Detectives used a recovered cell phone and search warrants to identify the suspect, and officers are now urging North Branford residents to use the police department's safe exchange location when selling high-value items online.
