• North Branford Rotary Club Leads As CT Rotary Clubs Join Together to Fight Illiteracy in Kenya (patch.com) — North Branford residents can take pride in their Rotary Club, which is leading a major international literacy effort that created eight satellite libraries for remote Maasai village schools in Kenya. Working with other Connecticut Rotary clubs and a local nonprofit, the project established a central community resource center and library network that will directly benefit more than 4,500 children and adults.

The Thunderbirds have now outscored opponents 154-25 in three straight wins, as part of a broader slate of Week 3 high school games played early due to an approaching storm.
