Man Accused Of Recording Woman In City Hall Restroom Arrested: Norwalk Police (patch.com) — Norwalk police say a New Canaan man was arrested after investigators used City Hall security footage to identify a suspect accused of secretly recording a woman in a restroom stall. The U.S. Marshals Service located him in the Bronx, and Norwalk officers extradited him back to the city, where he faces a voyeurism with malice charge and a $50,000 bond.

Authorities say he used aliases, bogus legal threats, and an unlicensed operation to mislead mostly charitable and civic groups, and now faces a potential lengthy prison sentence.
