McKiernan told the authority that the Public Works Department was addressing the drainage issues.

The authority also received an update on roof work completed in June.

McKiernan said the project was finished without requiring the rink to close and cost substantially less than it might otherwise have.

Financial Reports Show No Overdue Receivables

The authority reviewed financial reports submitted by Sandy Kuchta and reported that no receivables were overdue.

Members also unanimously approved the minutes of their July 15 meeting.

Chairman Mark Bettencourt reported that he had submitted the authority's meeting schedule to the city clerk's office.

No public comments were received.

The meeting was conducted virtually and adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
