• Mixed-income Norwich project aims to widen House of Changes reach (norwichbulletin.com) — A Norwich nonprofit, House of Changes, is planning a large mixed-income housing project on Roath Street that could grow to as many as 119 units under updated city zoning. Alongside its existing Washington Street group home and men's support group on Franklin Street, the organization aims to expand stable housing options and a clear progression for local men rebuilding their lives.
   

• Honduran National Charged with Illegally Reentering U.S. (justice.gov) — Norwich residents are briefly connected to a federal immigration case through a 2016 traffic arrest handled by Norwich Police involving a Honduran citizen now charged with repeatedly reentering the U.S. illegally. Prosecutors outline a long history of removals and arrests across several Connecticut cities, while emphasizing that the latest unlawful reentry charge still must be proven in court.
