Young group led by Charlie Hathaway paces East Catholic boys golf to CIAC Division III championship (greenwichtime.com) — Old Lyme High School’s boys golf team placed in the top five at the CIAC Division III championship, finishing just two strokes behind third place. Old Lyme’s Jonah Scheckwitz also tied for third individually, as East Catholic captured the team title behind medalist Charlie Hathaway and a strong supporting lineup of underclassmen.

Wisialowski Launches Another Campaign for 23rd House District Seat (lymeline.com) — Old Lyme voters will again see Democrat Jane Wisialowski on the ballot for the 23rd House District, which includes Lyme, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook and part of Westbrook. She’s challenging Republican Barbara Labriola for the open seat vacated by Devin Carney, arguing her long shoreline roots and fiduciary work prepare her to address local needs in Hartford.
