• Ridgefield Police Charge Bridgeport Man After Ethan Allen Highway Motorcycle Crash (patch.com) — Ridgefield residents may notice increased police attention on Ethan Allen Highway after a recent two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle, where only minor injuries were reported. Police say a 29-year-old Bridgeport motorcyclist was cited for a fraudulent plate, driving without a license or insurance, and speeding, and is due in Danbury Superior Court on Sept. 11.
