• P&Z Watch: Cos Cob 'Just Salad' Application Approved Unanimously (greenwichfreepress.com) — Greenwich’s Planning & Zoning Commission has unanimously approved a new Just Salad restaurant for Cos Cob Plaza on East Putnam Avenue, a short hop from Riverside. The fast-casual spot will combine two former storefronts, slightly reconfigure parking, and operate daily from late morning through the evening, offering dine-in, takeout, and delivery that Riverside commuters and families may find convenient.
